At Heydays Toys, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible so your toys and building sets can arrive safely and on time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, sales events, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship orders across Australia.
Shipping costs and available delivery options will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Most orders are shipped using reliable Australian courier services such as Australia Post, Aramex, or other local delivery partners.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
As a general guide:
Metro areas: approximately 2–7 business days
Regional areas: approximately 5–10 business days
Remote areas: delivery may take longer
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, courier delays, public holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been collected by the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We will do our best to update the address before dispatch. However, once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Heydays Toys is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Missed Delivery or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or non-collection, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
If you choose not to have the order resent, the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees may be deducted from your refund.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier.
Please note that delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside our direct control, but we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and damaged item.
We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution where applicable.
International Shipping
At this stage, we primarily ship within Australia.
If international shipping is available for selected products, the shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges that may apply in their country.
Some products may not be available for international shipping due to carrier restrictions or product regulations.
Authority to Leave
Some courier services may leave parcels in a safe place if no one is available to receive the delivery.
If you provide delivery instructions or request authority to leave, please ensure the location is secure. Heydays Toys is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
