Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiries@heydaystoys.com.au. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will promptly evaluate the situation and work to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued as store credit. This store credit will never expire, so you can use it at your convenience.
